Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Munorr 2ky Inc. (“M2KY”, “we”) collects when you use m2ky.com and our software, and what we do with it. We keep data collection to what we need to sell, deliver, and support our tools — nothing more. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

• Account & contact. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile photo. Accounts and sign-in are handled by Supabase.
• Purchases. When you buy a tool, Stripe processes the payment — we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the purchase (product, edition, amount, and date) linked to your email. Studio plans also store the emails of teammates you invite.
• Support messages. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help.

To run the site securely, our hosting and backend providers record basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site analytics trackers on this site.

When you sign in from the addon, claim a free build, or check for updates, the software sends your account email or a license token to our servers so we can verify your license and deliver the right download or update. It does not collect your scenes, rigs, or artwork.

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations

We share data only with the providers that run the service: Supabase (accounts, database, sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). Each processes your data on our behalf under its own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law. BGEN Library is a separate platform with its own privacy terms.

We use only essential storage: a session that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived value that remembers where to send you after sign-in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe and Google may set their own cookies within the checkout and sign-in flows they operate.

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide updates and support, and to meet tax and legal requirements. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your personal data, except anything we're legally required to keep.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data — just email us and we'll help. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California) you may have additional rights; we honor them regardless of location.

Payments run through Stripe, and accounts and data are stored with Supabase. We rely on reputable providers and sensible safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure — please protect your email account, since it's the key to your licenses.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Our tools and store aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
