BGEN Picker is delivered instantly as a digital download, so we generally aren't able to offer refunds once you've downloaded it. We know that's not the most flexible policy — but we genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase.
If something isn't right — a build that won't install, a corrupt download, or an accidental duplicate purchase — please email munorr.3d@gmail.com and we'll work it out with you case-by-case. We'd much rather get you a working tool than leave you stuck.
By completing checkout you consent to immediate access to your download and acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, where it would otherwise apply.
